Could Beast Boy from the Teen Titans transform into a Pokemon if he wanted to?

I know Beast Boy can transform into any animal he sees a picture of or anything (real or mythological) so does that mean he could transform into a Pokemon if he wanted to? given that he's seen the cards or show or games
