Vodafone Free facebook and Youtube actually free?

Im thinking bout getting the Classic Pack Member pack for 4 bux a month with 700mb and comes with free access to youtube and facebook but would this actually be free? could i watch as many videos on utube and not get charged at all? and with facebook with viewing and uploading pics?
