Motherboard + Quad CPU under $150?

yeah quad core cpu and motherboard for 150 bucks...not going to happen. Any of the older quad cores are going to bottleneck the GTX275. unless you get an higher end core 2 quad but a used cpu like that and motherboard still go for about 180+ used. Is it that hard to check out e-bay for yourself instead of having other people do it for you?.
