Help writing a book and need a title?

Hi i am writing a book about a boy growing up knowing he is gay but he cant tell his family becasue he is afraid of rejection and his mother dies so he loses his beast freind and he must go through a lot of troble just to go to school normaly and so i nees a title i already have 50n pages so dont tell me to change the idea
