Recipe for Starbucks Luxury Fruit Toast Please!!!?

This use to be my favourite item from S.bux, but since I've moved from the UK to Central America [no S.bux here :-(] I can't eat it anymore. Does anyone know of a recipe close to it at least? Please help, having mad cravings for this thing. Thanx
