Help me with this infestation of gnats?

we just got back in town and our home is swarming with gnats. i dont think i can sleep in this house tonight. we bought the sticky tape but its not gettin rid of all these beast. i am going crazy. i cant eat or sleep in this house tonight. Some please tell me what to use to kill em tonight. is there any bug spray or something. the only room without gnats is the babies room. what do i do
