Computer cpu: big difference between i3-370 and i5-460?

i like this laptop, and it comes with a i3-370,,and bur 100 bux more,, you can get an i5-460. Is there a big enough differenc to make the upgrade worth it? The pc will be used for basic home stuff like youtube, ms office, web browsing, and internet store. Probably won't do any gaming except maybe a basis casino game or something. Thanks.
