Help with my mom please? do i have the right to be mad at her?

Wow your mom is not being a parent and you are doing more than her.Why not ask your dad if you can live with him ,ay least he tries to help.Tell him what is going on and if he ever sends money again make sure your mom does not get it .She is a poor excuse to have the role of a mom.
